Kador tent tape, also called Kedra, is a one-side coated PVC polyester fabric with a cable attached at the end that forms a characteristic bulge.
The cable surrounded by fabric is used for inserting in tent profiles; the cable diameter is larger than the slot width, which prevents its falling out in the direction perpendicular to the profile.
The fabric is coated on the inside of the wings to allow sealing with tarpaulin, and the lack of outer coating provides an appropriate tape sliding needed to insert it in the narrow slots in the profiles.
In addition to the typical application in the production of tent halls, Kadors are used for certain types of car tarpaulins, fixing large format banners, etc.
