Anti-theft tarpaulin - reinforced SMARTPLAN APP

SAKOPLAN APP HIGH SECURITY is a patented and innovative anti-theft system which ensures very high security of vehicles and transport cargo. The full anti-theft protection is comprised of two co-operating systems:

1. Reinforcement of the tarpaulin with 1 mm galvanised steel cords in PVC insulation,
2. Electronic security – a control panel equipped with wireless sensors monitoring the tarpaulin, trailer, andselected additional areas.

The application using the two steel cords is performed on SAKOPLAN BS900 or SIOEN B6000tarpaulin material. Each tarpaulin is fully prepared for direct connection with the electronic security system, designed for this task. Reinforcing the tarpaulin with two steel cords makes the whole arrangement very flexible.

Only our security system based on steel cords allows the installation of an electronic security device with an alarm and GPS module. In case of vandalism (damage to the wires) the system can be repaired easily by reconnecting the wires

The innovative control panel system is based on the co-operation of 3 elements: 

1. Control panel installed in a tractor unit – Athos CA-2103

A next generation GSM/GPS alarm with the option of installation on a CAN-bus wiring allows for the connection of 24 sensors. This enables full truck monitoring, as well as utilisation of Geofance functionality - this sends a text message about the object leaving a particular area which may indicate (e. g.) vehicle theft.

2. Wireless tarpaulin cut or attempted cut sensor – JA-150M

The sensor sends information about its status to the control panel in real time. Each attempt at cutting the tarpaulin, ripping off, or damaging the sensor triggers a signal to the panel, which then alarms the selected targets and launches a light and sound signal. A 1.5 V battery life (1 pc) of 2 years is given and the system also informs the user about low power levels.

3. Reed switch for opening trailer door –  SA-220

The sensor can be adjusted for operation under difficult conditions, such as those requiring reliability or increased durability. A reinforced airtight metal cover is permanently fixed to the trailer structure.

A dedicated mobile app for SAKOPLAN APP

The SAKOPLAN APP HIGH SECURITY system is coupled to a free MyJablotron app. This enables supervision over the entire fleet and is available for computers, tablets and smartphones. The app gives access to functionalities such as:

All electronic components of the alarm systems have a 5-year warranty, provided they are installed by an authorised company.

1. Great quality and efficiency of the anti-thefttarpaulin with the control panel expansionare ensured by the use of wireless cutsensors, holding an EN 50131 certificateand declaration of conformity.

The system fulfils the Grade 2 compliancerequirements (upgraded security).

Insurance

If the truck and trailer are equipped with comprehensive anti-theft systems, it is possible to get an insurance discount. It not only increases the security of the truck and the goods inside the trailer, but also ensures a higher security rating, which is taken into consideration by insurers.
